Biography

Leonid Borishovich Zhukov — the Program’s director.

Zhukov was born in 1955 in Moscow. He graduated a journalism faculty of the Moscow State Univercity. He was working as a responsible secretary of “Soviet Circus” newspaper. Leonid was publishing “Humanitarian Fund” newspaper, he was also working as a general director of All-Union Humanitarian Fund named after A.S.Pushkin, a president of writers’ copr. "The Rostovs’ House". At the present time he is working at the field of Public Relations and consulting, lecturing PR on a journalism faculty of the MSU.

He is a chairman of Russian Institute of Public Relations (RISO).
